The Joanna Project is excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of Joanna Stadium, scheduled for April 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The ceremony will take place at home plate of the stadium, located at 917 Milton Rd, Joanna, SC 29351. The community is warmly invited to join this significant event.
This renovation marks the first phase of a comprehensive improvement plan for Joanna Stadium. Planned upgrades include expanding the dugouts, repairing the original bleachers from the late 1940s, adding new fencing and bullpens, irrigation, and installing a new professional playing surface. These improvements are the first step of our mission to revive the heart of Joanna, reconnect the community, and developing the future.
The Joanna Project aims to complete the renovations in time for the first games of the spring 2026 season.
